Construction has reached its peak on ONE Tampa, a 42-story condominium tower located at 507 North Ashley Drive in Downtown Tampa. Developed by Kolter Urban and designed by Adache Group Architects, the building will be the tallest residential tower in Tampa, featuring
225 condominium residences. The project, which progressed at a rate of one floor per week, marks a significant milestone for the city's luxury condominium market. ONE Tampa is strategically located near the Tampa Riverwalk and other cultural landmarks, offering residents a refined urban lifestyle with a range of amenities. The building will include a variety of residential layouts, from one-bedroom units to expansive penthouses, and will feature high-end finishes and modern conveniences.
Why It's Important?
The completion of ONE Tampa signifies a robust demand for luxury living spaces in urban settings, reflecting broader trends in real estate development. This project is a testament to the growth and evolution of Downtown Tampa as a desirable residential area, attracting both local and international buyers. The development is expected to boost the local economy by creating jobs and increasing property values in the area. Additionally, the project's focus on walkability and proximity to cultural amenities aligns with urban planning trends that prioritize sustainable and community-focused living environments.
What's Next?
With construction expected to be completed in about a year, the first residents are scheduled to move in by fall 2027. The continued development of Downtown Tampa is likely to attract further investment and interest in the area, potentially leading to more projects that enhance the city's skyline and urban appeal. As the real estate market evolves, similar luxury developments may emerge, catering to the growing demand for high-end urban living.
