The Greater Orlando Sports Commission has announced the winners of its 2026 Celebrating Women in Sports Luncheon & Auction, recognizing local leaders for their contributions to the sports community. The event, presented by Orlando Health Jewett Orthopedic
Institute, will take place at UCF's Addition Financial Arena. Honorees include Damu Cherry-Mitchell, Pennie Parker, and Audra Romao, who will receive the Leadership Award, while Alyssa Gonzalez will be honored with the Rising Star Award. Teresa Mairn will receive the WISE Greater Orlando Women of Inspiration Award. The luncheon will feature Dominique Dawes, a three-time Olympian, as the keynote speaker.
