Elizabeth Horner has rejoined Hunton Andrews Kurth as a partner in its environmental policy and regulated industries practice in Washington, D.C. Her practice will focus on environmental regulation, permitting,
legislative strategy, energy policy, and agency engagement. Horner will advise clients on energy and manufacturing projects, transportation reauthorization, regulatory and legislative permitting reform, tax-credit implementation, trade, and congressional and agency oversight. She previously worked at ArentFox Schiff and has a background in advising on federal grants and financial assistance.
