The Honolulu Department of Planning and Permitting has launched a new program called Priority Review, which uses an AI-assisted platform named CivCheck to expedite the processing of eligible building permit applications. This initiative aims to streamline

The program is currently voluntary, with around 130 to 140 users enrolled, and is set to become mandatory later this year.
