What's Happening?
IsoEnergy Ltd. and DISA® Technologies, Inc. have completed a transaction to establish DISA Uranium™ Corporation, a new U.S.-based company focused on strengthening domestic uranium supply. This new entity, headquartered in Casper, Wyoming, aims to meet
the increasing demand for secure, U.S.-sourced nuclear fuel. As part of the agreement, IsoEnergy contributed its Utah Portfolio, which includes permitted, past-producing conventional uranium mines such as Tony M Mine, Daneros Mine, Rim Mine, Sage Plain Project, and Flatiron Project. In exchange, IsoEnergy received 1,677,350 shares of Common Stock in DISA Uranium. Concurrently, DISA Uranium secured US$105 million in private placement financing, with IsoEnergy investing US$33 million. Following these transactions, IsoEnergy holds approximately 33% of DISA Uranium on a fully diluted basis, making it the largest shareholder. The new company combines IsoEnergy's uranium assets with DISA's proprietary HPSA™ technology and its remediation and recovery business.
