could reduce biological age by nearly four years. Doubling the training to 180 minutes per week could potentially make the body biologically eight years younger. The study measured the length of telomeres, protective DNA caps, to assess biological aging. The findings align with U.S. exercise guidelines, which recommend regular muscle-strengthening activities.
