Atlanta follows with 157 projects and 17,423 rooms, while Nashville, Austin, and Phoenix also have substantial pipelines. Dallas is also leading in projects expected to begin construction over the next 12 months, with 68 projects and 7,885 rooms. The city is projected to open 27 new hotel projects in 2027, and 19 projects in 2028, making it a key player in the hospitality sector's growth.
