The 'Refuge' base shell is priced at $24,900, while the 'Sanctuary' base shell costs $35,900. These prices are for the base shells only, meaning buyers are responsible for obtaining building permits, constructing the foundation, assembling the shell, and handling all mechanical, electrical, and plumbing (MEP) installations, as well as interior finishes. Deltec emphasizes that these are not turnkey homes but rather a buyer-led package, offering a more affordable alternative to their full-service 'Signature Nest' model, which is also 517 square feet but priced higher at $45,867.
