What's Happening?
Revinate has announced the launch of two new AI-powered capabilities, Call Scoring with Ivy and Revinate Chat, aimed at improving efficiency in the hospitality industry. These tools are designed to assist hoteliers by automating routine tasks and enhancing
guest interactions. Call Scoring with Ivy automates the evaluation of reservation calls, allowing supervisors to focus on coaching rather than reviewing calls. This system is reported to achieve 96% accuracy in pilot tests, significantly reducing the time spent on call evaluations. Revinate Chat acts as a digital concierge, resolving up to 80% of routine guest inquiries and providing personalized responses based on guest data. Both tools are powered by Ivy, an AI trained on extensive hospitality data, and are set to become generally available later in 2026.
Why It's Important?
The introduction of these AI tools by Revinate represents a significant advancement in the hospitality sector, offering potential improvements in operational efficiency and customer service. By automating call scoring and guest interactions, hotels can allocate resources more effectively, potentially increasing revenue and guest satisfaction. The ability to provide personalized guest experiences through AI could lead to higher conversion rates and repeat business. This development also highlights the growing role of AI in transforming traditional industries, showcasing how technology can be leveraged to address common operational challenges and enhance service delivery.
What's Next?
Revinate is currently accepting early access requests for these AI tools, with general availability scheduled for later in 2026. As these tools are adopted, hotels may need to train staff to integrate AI insights into their operations effectively. The industry will likely monitor the impact of these tools on guest satisfaction and operational efficiency. Additionally, as AI continues to evolve, further enhancements and new capabilities could be introduced, potentially setting new standards for service in the hospitality industry.
