worldwide. Following Geneva, London, Zurich, Munich, and Copenhagen are among the top five. In the U.S., New York City, San Francisco, and Philadelphia are noted for high construction costs. The report highlights that mature cities with strong demand but limited delivery capacity face the highest costs, while cities in Asia, Africa, and Latin America are among the least expensive.
