For Phoebe Bridgers' 'Lost Weekend' release, fans gathered in 44 planetariums globally from August 10-14 to listen to the album accompanied by visual experiences, including a dome show with National Geographic photography or a laser show. Bridgers herself made an appearance at the Liberty Science Center's Jennifer Chalsty Planetarium on August 13, performing three tracks. Paul Hoffman, president and CEO of the Liberty Science Center, emphasized the technological capabilities of their planetarium, describing it as the largest and most advanced in the Western Hemisphere, capable of projecting 88 million pixels at 8K resolution. This technology allows for highly immersive visual content, transforming the listening experience for attendees.
