The auction also saw strong performances in female animal sales, with 15 heifers averaging R20,400, 87 pregnant heifers averaging R29,816, and 34 cows with calves at foot averaging R30,088. Overall, the 136 Bonsmaras offered achieved an average price of R28,846.
