made between January 2023 and May 2024. Abt Electronics received high ratings in categories such as delivery, in-store atmosphere, installation, selection, service, and website usability. The retailer also scored favorably on pricing, despite not always being the cheapest option. Abt Electronics was also ranked highest among 19 small appliance retailers, surpassing competitors like Amazon and Costco.
