R2 Global, a fast-growing portfolio of direct-to-consumer (DTC) brands, is actively recruiting a Head of Social Commerce. This new role will focus on building and leading an in-house creator program, with a primary emphasis on TikTok Shop. The objective
is to transform creators into a scalable, high-volume revenue channel across multiple brands, aiming to generate thousands of pieces of creator content monthly. The Head of Social Commerce will be responsible for owning the TikTok Shop creator and affiliate strategy, building and managing an in-house creator team, and bringing creator operations fully in-house, taking over from existing agencies.
