Before joining Pearl Meyer, Hosten was the Managing Director of Portfolio Talent at Vista Equity Partners, a private equity firm focused exclusively on enterprise software. Prior to her tenure at Vista, she was a Partner and a member of the Management Committee at ghSMART & Company, where she co-founded their CEO Succession Practice and collaborated with numerous public company boards on their succession processes. Hosten also has operational experience, having led Global Talent Management at Ralph Lauren, and earlier in her career, she specialized in C-Suite searches in Technology, Media, and Telecommunications (TMT) at Spencer Stuart and worked as a strategy consultant at McKinsey & Company.
