The Goodell Gardens & Homestead in Erie County is hosting the Music of Origins Series, a free community concert series that celebrates the region's rich cultural and musical heritage. The series features live performances, storytelling, and community gatherings,
exploring the connections between geography, migration, and music. The events highlight regional folk traditions, Appalachian influences, and Blues rhythms shaped by the Great Migration. The series is supported by ECGRA and ECF, ensuring all concerts are free and open to the public. The schedule includes performances by Matthew Crays and Pollination Celebration on June 26, Simple Gifts and Sensory Fest on July 17, and Three Way Street and Night Market on August 21. Gates open at 5 PM, with music from 6 to 8 PM. Attendees are encouraged to bring picnic-style food and beverages, as food trucks will not be available.
