Torras Properties has announced the upcoming opening of St. Marys Marina, a new marine facility located on the downtown waterfront of St. Marys, Georgia. Anticipated to open by November 1, 2026, the marina will offer daily, weekly, monthly, semi-annual,
and annual dockage options for both transient and long-term boaters. This expansion builds on the company's experience with Brunswick Landing Marina, aiming to replicate a successful operating model focused on customer service, hospitality, and community building. The St. Marys Marina will feature new concrete floating docks equipped with 30-amp, 50-amp, and 100-amp three-phase shore power, Wi-Fi, and an installed pump-out system. Additionally, a Yacht Club across the street will provide shoreside amenities including a community lounge, kitchen, restrooms, showers, and various gathering areas overlooking the waterfront. The marina's downtown location will allow customers easy access to local restaurants, shops, waterfront parks, and the Cumberland Island ferry.
