What's Happening?
The 2026 Leagues Cup is set to feature 36 clubs, including all 18 Liga MX teams and 18 qualified MLS clubs. The tournament will run from August 4 to September 6, with 54 matchups in Phase One. Teams are divided into Eastern and Western regions, each sorted
into three tiers. The competition's top three clubs will qualify for the 2027 Concacaf Champions Cup, and the champion will advance to the Round of 16. Young talents from both MLS and Liga MX will have the opportunity to showcase their abilities on one of North America’s biggest stages.
