Roommaster Concierge, an AI voice agent powered by Sadie AI, to handle guest inquiries and bookings. The AI system is designed to provide immediate responses to guest calls, ensuring no inquiries go unanswered, especially during peak seasons or after hours. This initiative aims to improve guest satisfaction by offering consistent, around-the-clock service, allowing staff to focus on in-person interactions.
