AT&T has announced the addition of home internet options to its modular Build-A-Plan service, starting July 7. This expansion allows new and existing Build-A-Plan subscribers to integrate AT&T Fiber or AT&T Internet Air into their mobile plans. The fiber
plan, AT&T Internet 300, offers speeds up to 300Mbps and costs $35 per month, while AT&T Internet Air, a fixed wireless option, is priced at $55 per month with speeds ranging from 90 to 300 Mbps. The Build-A-Plan service, introduced in May, initially targeted customers with unlocked eSIM-capable phones, offering a base plan of $15 per month for unlimited talk, text, and 1GB of high-speed data. The service is designed to be flexible, allowing users to adjust their data and hotspot allocations monthly. However, the home internet component is more permanent, requiring the return of network hardware within 21 days of cancellation to avoid a $200 fee.
