Henry brings over two decades of experience in Jamaica's luxury and all-inclusive hospitality sector, having held senior leadership positions at several renowned resorts including Grand Palladium Resorts, Bahia Luxury Resorts, and Sandals Royal Caribbean. His expertise spans various areas such as rooms division, food and beverage, guest services, quality assurance, human resources, training and development, and health and safety. Throughout his career, Henry has been instrumental in improving operational performance and guest satisfaction, notably elevating Grand Lido Negril to the top-ranked hotel in Negril on TripAdvisor and leading Hideaway at Royalton Negril to a top-five ranking in the Caribbean.
