Genesis has officially unveiled its first full-size flagship electric SUV, the GV90, at the Palace of Fine Arts in San Francisco. The GV90, a near-replica of the Neolun concept, is designed to offer ultra-luxury features, including coach doors, a built-in
refrigerator, a pop-up Cinematic Display, and VIP swiveling front seats. Built on Hyundai's new eMP platform, specifically for Genesis flagship vehicles, the GV90 emphasizes safety with a newly developed structure for its B-pillar-less coach doors, dual steel beams, a concealed roll cage, and the world's first Roof Airbag. The SUV is powered by a 123.5 kWh battery pack, estimated to provide around 310 miles of range for the 7-seat version, and supports 350 kW DC fast charging, allowing a 10% to 80% charge in 22 minutes. It also features a dual-motor AWD system delivering 657 horsepower and advanced technologies like the Pleos Connect infotainment system with Gleo AI.
