EY-Parthenon is recruiting Investment Banking Summer Analysts for the summer of 2027 in the U.S. These interns will join EY Capital Advisors (EYCA) and work on live deals such as mergers and acquisitions, leveraged buyouts, sale mandates, refinancings,
and acquisition financings. Interns will support deal teams directly with clients, including corporate management teams and business owners. Responsibilities will involve industry research, financial statement analysis, writing offering memorandums, identifying potential investors, and building complex valuation or leveraged finance models. The role requires a degree with a concentration in finance, an understanding of investment banking fundamentals, accounting, private equity, and financial markets. Candidates must be legally authorized to work in the U.S. and be willing to travel. A preferred cumulative GPA of 3.2 or higher is desired, along with strong communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills. Knowledge of firm-approved AI tools, including Microsoft Copilot, is also valued.
