The larger subdivision will have two access points from Peach Orchard Road, while the smaller one will connect via McElmurray Road. The homes are designed to range from 1,700 to 2,394 square feet, each featuring a two-car garage. The Augusta Planning Commission is set to review the rezoning request on July 6.
