TSA Planning, an award-winning independent planning consultancy, has established a new permanent office in Ebrington Square, Northern Ireland. This expansion aims to strengthen the consultancy's presence in the North West region, building on its existing
portfolio of major housing, regeneration, infrastructure, and investment projects. Founded in 2008 and recognized as the RTPI UK Small Planning Consultancy of the Year in 2023, TSA Planning assists developers, investors, landowners, and organizations in navigating the planning system for developments across various sectors, including residential, commercial, retail, hospitality, renewable energy, and regeneration. Sarah Barrett, a Chartered Town Planner with over 20 years of experience, will lead the North West operation. Before joining TSA in 2024, Barrett served as a senior planning officer within Derry City and Strabane District Council’s strategic projects team for a decade.
