Dr. Zhigang Liu, CEO of Zealwe Tech, emphasized the critical role of advanced reliability testing in the solar photovoltaic (PV) industry. In an interview, Liu discussed how Zealwe Tech, established in 2012, focuses on developing testing solutions to ensure
the long-term reliability of solar modules. The company has supplied over 500 testing systems in India and serves markets in Turkey, the United States, and beyond. As the industry shifts towards high-efficiency technologies like TOPCon and HJT cells, Liu stressed that reliability testing is essential to maintain performance throughout a module's service life. Zealwe Tech's innovations, such as the HF+UV testing system, integrate climate chamber testing with ultraviolet exposure, accelerating reliability evaluations and helping manufacturers identify degradation mechanisms early.
