GS Microelectronics U.S., Inc. (GSME), a semiconductor solutions provider based in San Jose, California, and Teradyne, Inc., a leading provider of automated test equipment, have announced a multi-year strategic partnership. This collaboration aims to establish
a state-of-the-art semiconductor test and evaluation center to accelerate customer time-to-market for next-generation devices. GSME will operate a dedicated test floor equipped with Teradyne's advanced test systems at its new 42,000 square-foot Silicon Valley headquarters. This center will support customer demonstrations, device evaluations, engineering development, pilot production, and technical training. The partnership will also involve expanded global engineering support from GSME across the United States, Taiwan, Europe, and the Gulf Cooperation Council (GCC) region, focusing on design-in engagements and test program development. The test center is scheduled to open in Q4 2026, with customer demonstrations and evaluations commencing shortly thereafter.
