INKAS, a Canadian armoured vehicle manufacturer and systems integrator, has announced plans to open three new production facilities across North America. These facilities, located in Toronto, Charlotte, and Fort Pierce, are expected to more than double
the company's manufacturing space in the region. The expansion includes a 42,000 square foot addition in Toronto, a 200,000 square foot armoured vehicle facility in Charlotte, North Carolina, and a 31,000 square foot site in Fort Pierce, Florida. This move is part of INKAS's strategy to enhance its operational flexibility and strengthen its platform for delivering current and future programs in armoured vehicles, tactical platforms, drones, unmanned aerial vehicles, and special purpose vehicles. The Charlotte facility, in particular, is equipped for armoured vehicle production, leveraging an experienced workforce to accelerate operations in the U.S.
