Edelweiss Air is expanding its winter 2026-27 schedule with increased frequencies and capacity from Zurich, adding flights to destinations in Finland, Norway, Sweden, and long-haul routes to the Maldives, Sri Lanka, and Namibia. Meanwhile, Frontier Airlines
has commenced eight new routes previously operated by Spirit Airlines, including daily flights from Boston to Orlando and other major U.S. cities. Additionally, the governments of Canada and Mongolia have expanded their bilateral air transport agreement, allowing nonstop flights between the two countries for the first time.
