Veryon, a provider of software solutions for the aviation industry, has acquired Polaris Aero, an Arizona-based company specializing in aviation safety management software. This acquisition integrates Polaris Aero's safety management solutions, including
products like VOCUS SMS, FlightRisk, and GroundRisk, into Veryon's existing suite of maintenance software. The move adds over 200 new customers to Veryon's portfolio and combines Polaris Aero's extensive safety data—over 112,000 safety reports and millions of flight assessments—with Veryon's dataset of over 100 million maintenance events. According to Bethany Little, CEO of Veryon, this integration is a pivotal step towards better aligning aviation safety and maintenance, enabling smarter and safer decisions. Chris Connor, CEO of Polaris Aero, stated that joining Veryon will allow them to scale their mission of helping operators manage risk and streamline compliance more effectively.
