revised to $14.25 million. The 46-acre property includes over 200 campsites, a general store, a heated saltwater pool, and maintenance facilities. Despite the change in ownership, Atlantic Hospitality, the previous owner, will continue managing the park for the 2026 season to ensure no disruptions for guests. The acquisition was approved by Maine bankruptcy Judge Michael Fagone and managed by Keenan Auction Company, with commercial real estate groups Hunneman and CBRE involved in the process.
