The Outsiders, an exercise-tracking app for high-performance athletes, has released an update that provides deeper workout insights and sharing options. The update includes a renamed Splits interface, now called Breakdown, which offers detailed workout data
for activities like running, cycling, and swimming. Users can now share their training sessions with customizable map styles and workout statistics. The app also introduces a Relative Intensity metric for runners, comparing average heart rate with lactate threshold heart rate. Additional improvements include temperature data integration and a refreshed Personal Goals UI.
