Cirrascale Cloud Services has announced the integration of AMD Helios rackscale solutions and AMD Instinct MI400 Series GPUs into its AI innovation cloud. This development is aimed at enhancing Cirrascale's capabilities in large-scale inference, frontier-model
training, and fine-tuning. The AMD Helios platform is designed for frontier AI development and AI factory deployments, featuring a unified 72-GPU rack-scale platform. It combines AMD Instinct GPUs, 6th Gen AMD EPYC CPUs, AMD Pensando networking, and AMD ROCm software. This integration allows Cirrascale to offer exaflop-class AI performance, with up to 2.9 exaFLOPS of peak compute and 31 TB of HBM4 memory in a single rack. The system is built on open standards, enabling customers to scale AI infrastructure from a single rack to cluster scale without proprietary fabric lock-in.
