What's Happening?
Fifty trauma therapists from the Sha’ar Hanegev Resilience Center participated in a healing retreat at Nahsholim Sea Side Resort. The retreat provided a much-needed break for therapists who have been supporting communities affected by trauma. Activities
included yoga, sailing, and creative workshops, allowing participants to relax and rejuvenate. The retreat emphasized the importance of self-care for mental health professionals who regularly deal with high-stress situations.
