Amerijet International is strengthening its financial and operational support by introducing an Invoicing and Reconciliation Coordinator position. This role, reporting to the Manager Revenue Accounting, is crucial for managing the company's bespoke invoicing
requirements, which include Charter Postal & Affairs, ad hoc, and on-demand charters, as well as other unique invoicing needs arising from Amerijet's business models. The coordinator will be responsible for various tasks such as invoicing Mail, Department of Defense (DoD) services, maintenance, security passes, and pseudo schedule service charters. Additionally, the role involves providing invoices for agreed cost pass-through charges to specific business partners, ensuring these are fully reconciled with supporting documentation. The coordinator will also handle invoicing for ad hoc and regular charter customers and offer back-office support for various dedicated business work streams, including Interline and Postal Services. This initiative aims to ensure timely and accurate invoicing, facilitate customer payments, maintain meticulous records, and streamline information sharing across Sales, Ground Operations, and Accounting departments.
