Innate Pharma has announced the completion of enrollment in the Phase 1 dose escalation study of IPH4502, a novel Nectin-4 exatecan antibody-drug conjugate (ADC). The study, known as IPH4502-101, is an open-label, multi-center trial evaluating the safety,
tolerability, and preliminary anti-tumor activity of IPH4502 in patients with advanced solid tumors expressing Nectin-4. The study has recruited 76 patients across France and the United States, focusing on various cancers including urothelial carcinoma, non-small cell lung cancer, and head and neck squamous cell carcinoma. Preliminary data from the study are expected by the end of the year, which will guide dose optimization for selected tumor types. The drug has shown a favorable safety profile with limited hematological toxicity, and objective responses have been observed in heavily pre-treated patients.
