Verizon has introduced a new loyalty program called Verizon Shine, aimed at rewarding its longtime customers with exclusive perks and benefits. Available to all subscribers of Verizon's postpaid unlimited plans, the program offers a variety of incentives,
including discounts from partner companies, a new Verizon Dollars credit program, and opportunities to win high-value experiences. Customers can opt into the program through the My Verizon app. Each Monday, Verizon Shine will feature daily drops of deals and products, such as free coffee from Starbucks and FIFA World Cup 2026 merchandise. The program also includes concert and sporting event tickets, dining vouchers, and gift cards. Verizon Shine is designed to break industry norms by putting customers first, according to Nancy Clark, Verizon's chief product and revenue officer. Notably, the program waives activation and upgrading fees for loyalty program members, which are typically $40.
