Will Oden, an attorney with Ward and Smith, P.A., has been elected as a Fellow with the College of Labor and Employment Lawyers. This prestigious organization is invitation-only and honors leading lawyers nationwide in the field of labor and employment
law. Fellows are recognized for their distinguished contributions to the legal community, promoting excellence and professionalism. Oden, a North Carolina State Bar Board-Certified Specialist in Employment Law, has been with Ward and Smith for 22 years, representing various employers and serving as a mediator and arbitrator. He is also the President of Ward and Smith Business Consulting, LLC. Oden will be the only Fellow from North Carolina inducted at the College's 30th Annual Meeting in Washington, D.C., this November.
