What's Happening?
The Detroit Red Wings have signed forward Chase Stillman to a one-year, two-way contract. Stillman, 23, spent the 2025-26 season with the AHL's Abbotsford Canucks, where he recorded nine points and 48 penalty minutes in 24 games. Previously, he played
for the Utica Comets and Wilkes-Barre/Scranton Penguins, accumulating 12 points in 65 games during the 2024-25 season. Stillman, originally drafted by the New Jersey Devils in 2021, has a total of 45 points in 143 AHL games. He is the younger brother of NHL player Riley Stillman and the son of former NHL veteran Cory Stillman.
