The financing was arranged on behalf of Aspen Square Management, a long-time client, through a new Tier 3 Fannie Mae credit facility. This facility is a 10-year, fixed-rate, interest-only loan, collateralized by the five housing communities. The transaction underscores the strong relationship between Walker & Dunlop, Aspen Square Management, and Fannie Mae, marking Aspen Square's 16th Fannie Mae credit facility and the eighth completed with Walker & Dunlop.
