His most recent position was Precinct General Manager at Accor's Sydney Olympic Park Hotels, where he managed multiple properties and was recognized as Australian General Manager of the Year in 2025. In his new role, Nesbitt will report to Grant Alchin, Chief Operating Officer at Trilogy Hotels, and will work closely with general managers and hotel leadership teams to enhance operational performance and serve as a liaison with the corporate office.
