features dishes inspired by culinary traditions from various countries including Spain, France, Peru, Morocco, India, Japan, Georgia, Argentina, and Mozambique. Menu highlights include Gilda, a Basque combination of anchovy, olive, and pickled pepper; Flammekueche, a traditional dish from France's Alsace region; and Peruvian ceviche. The beverage program also adheres to this international theme, offering wines from both established and lesser-known regions, alongside cocktails, beer, and non-alcoholic options. The restaurant provides approximately 40 indoor dining seats, additional bar seating, and about 50 outdoor seats on a patio equipped with an outdoor bar.
