The Belgrade golf team recently concluded its regular season by participating in the two-day Bozeman Invitational, held at Bridger Creek Golf Course and Valley View Golf Club. This tournament served as a final tune-up for the upcoming divisional tournament.
Lexi Troxel was the sole Belgrade golfer to place in the top 20, finishing 20th with rounds of 100 and 97. While a majority of the team's players, including all four girls, improved their scores on the second day, the team finished at the bottom of the standings in the eight-team tournament. Co-head coach Mike Deming noted that course management around the greens and putting remain key areas for improvement for the team.
