strategies and healthy habits can improve cognitive, emotional, and social well-being. The study involved 3,966 participants aged 19 to 94, who accessed an online platform to complete the BrainHealth Index every six months over three years. This index measures cognitive clarity, social connectedness, and emotional balance. Participants engaged with micro-learning modules and virtual coaching sessions, leading to significant improvements in brain health scores, particularly among those who actively utilized the platform.
