Graphcore, a global leader in artificial intelligence computing systems, is seeking a Knowledge Management and Training Project Intern for its AI Engineering Campus in Austin. The internship is a 12-week, full-time summer position, typically running from
May to August. The intern will join the Technical Services team to develop and maintain documentation, training materials, and knowledge resources for data center engineering environments. This role involves working with engineers, operational teams, and subject matter experts to organize technical and operational information, ensuring colleagues can easily access and apply current guidance. Key responsibilities include creating and reviewing technical documentation, assisting in the development of onboarding and training materials, and maintaining knowledge resources using collaboration and document-management tools. The intern will also gather user feedback to improve documentation and training, and support the preparation of safety, compliance, and operational learning materials. Graphcore designs advanced semiconductors and data center hardware to enhance AI processing power and efficiency, and is part of the SoftBank Group.
