on identifying seasonal fashion direction, merchandise trends, and client needs. The Assistant Designer will be involved in executing tech packs, including flat and technical sketches, pitch sheets, and trim sheets. Responsibilities also include preparing presentation boards with fabric, flats, and figure sketches, and assisting in the setup of concept presentations. The position requires participation in line assortment building and presentations to ensure a cohesive collection, as well as research and development for trims, prints, and patterns. The Assistant Designer will attend all fittings, provide input, and maintain detailed notes, while also ensuring designs align with the Conceptual Assortment Plan and predetermined development ratios.
