The Franklin Institute in Philadelphia will host 'Star Wars: The Experience – A Journey Through the Galaxy,' an exhibition celebrating 50 years of the Star Wars saga. Opening on February 13, 2027, the exhibition will feature over 70 props and artifacts,
including screen-worn costumes and models of iconic characters like R2-D2. The exhibition aims to provide a behind-the-scenes look at the making of the films, highlighting the evolution from analog to digital filmmaking. It will run until September 6, 2027, before embarking on a five-year tour across North America.
