What's Happening?
Amy Schaffler and her family, who relocated from New York to Tampa in December 2020, have become deeply integrated into Tampa's Jewish community. Amy has taken on a leadership role at Congregation Rodeph
Sholom, serving as membership chair, and is actively involved in various community service projects. Her family is also engaged with the Israel Tennis & Education Centers, supporting educational and mentorship programs for Israeli youth. Amy's daughter, Sadie, recently raised funds for the Tampa JCCs & Federation by selling hand-drawn Israeli flags. Amy credits her involvement in the Hope Cohen Barnett Leadership Institute for reinforcing the importance of community collaboration and open-mindedness.
