What's Happening?
AWS has announced the general availability of its new role manager feature in AWS Identity and Access Management (IAM). This capability allows for the automatic setup of IAM roles needed by AWS services. When setting up a supported service in the console,
role manager can create a default role or reuse an existing one with the necessary permissions. The feature supports six AWS service consoles, including AWS Lambda and Amazon EventBridge. Role manager is available in all AWS Regions except AWS GovCloud (US) and China Regions.
