The Nasdaq Foundation has provided funding for the Center on Rural Innovation’s AI Forward Studio, a 12-week hands-on learning program designed to equip rural founders with artificial intelligence (AI) skills for their entrepreneurial ventures. This spring,
a cohort of 22 rural startups, including their founders and teams, participated in the program. The studio offered weekly check-ins, mentorship, and a peer community, catering to participants regardless of their prior coding experience.
